Gosh they're amazing. These are the people who deal with everything from enforcing rules, to explaining commands, to providing conversation when no one else is willing to start. They're well-trained, completely adept in all of the commands on the Burbs, and on top of that - they're some of the friendliest people we've ever met. And different. Each and every one is different from the other. Cookie cutters we are far from, but talk about diversity! You're just going to have to get to know them yourselves to see what I mean.
